SHIPPING POLICY:
Payment processing may take up to 2 business days to clear.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for all BUNDLES and PREMADE WIGS to process.
Processing time for all custom wigs are 7-14 business days. 
After processing time is completed, shipping takes 2-3 days.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds if the wig or item have been used. We can offer an exchange or a refund if the item is returned back to the sender and is unworn, in good condition and the lace isn’t cut. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES:
All orders are shipped with signature confirmation.
Someone must be there to sign for the package. 
We ship accordingly to what you put as the shipping address, so please make sure that your shipping address is accurate before shipping out. 
No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
