When will I receive my tracking number after placing an order in? 
Once you place your order in, HBNCOLLECTION takes two business days to process your payment. Once your payment is processed we will then proceed to process your order. Once processing days are completed based on what you ordered, you will receive a tracking number when your product has been shipped out.


Do you accept exchanges/refunds?
Due to sanitary reasons, We do not give out refunds if you have worn, installed, cut the lace of the hair and performed any certain task on the hair. If you would like to be qualified for an exchange or receive a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


How long does the hair last?
Our hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer than a year.


Can I color this hair? 

Yes, bleaching and coloring should only be done by a licensed hair stylist or professional colorist.


Does this hair shed?
There is minimum shedding. Seal your wefts before installing to limit shedding.


Do you cut the tracks when creating custom units?
Yes, we do once we’ve reached the top of the wig.


Are your custom units machine made or factory made?
Our custom units are handmade, which is why our processing time takes longer as we focus on each individual customer custom order.
